  My name is Fran Hines, I am the owner and CEO of TASAH (ta-sau) Financial Services, Inc. I have 32 years of experience with Internal Revenue Service, where I worked as a Tax Examiner. I have been a Tax Accountant for 11 years. I am a Certified Financial Planner with Masters in Accounting and Finance. I also serve as a Notary Public.
